Did you know that birds lead very busy lives and they need lots of energy. They need to eat food to give them energy. They spend most of their day looking for food for themselves and their little nestlings.

Bird feeders are an easy food source and an efficient way for birds to use their energy.

We made bird feeders for the birds using peanut butter, seeds and card

Cookery - Baked Beans on Toast

Picture
To start off our school year cookery lessons we decided to make beans on toast. They are so easy to prepare and they taste delicious too!

First we opened the can of baked beans and we put them
into a saucepan.

We heat the beans on the hob     over a low heat. Keep stirring  them so that they won't stick to the saucepan.

Picture

Put a slice of toast into the toaster  and wait patiently for the toast to go brown.
