Congratulations to our Junior School pupils who graduated on Friday! You all will do brilliantly in the Senior School!

Pupils from the Senior End of the school received their Junior Cycle Certificates of Completion today. They did an obligatory lap of honour around the hall followed by a disco and some lovely treats. A big congratulations and well done from all of us! New year, new logo, new sign! What a great addition to the front of our school building featuring our new school logo. Galway Lions Club informed us that their good friend Santa Claus was popping by to surprise us on the 15th December. What a great surprise! And he brought us all a lovely gift! Thanks Santa & big thanks to Galway Lions Club for reminding Santa as he is so busy at this time of year!!! Check out class web-pages for photographs.  Our annual Christmas Jumper Day was on December 15th. This year our chosen charity was Crumlin Children's Hospital and to date we have gathered €544! Huge thanks to all for the kind donations and for supporting such a worthy cause.  Wonderful art work going on in both the Junior & Senior School! Fantastic efforts by all to really get us in the festive spirit! Christmas is getting close now - December has arrived!! Huge thanks to 'The Gingerbeard Family' band who provided us with some festive favourites this morning! This morning, we were treated to two concerts in the hall by the band 'The Rascals'. Certainly got us all in the Christmas spirit! Many thanks to The Barcelo Brothers who entertained us on Thursday with not one, but two concerts, for our pupils! Fantastic music and lots of great dancing! |
