Pupils and staff getting in to the mood for Hallowe'en. We were entertained all week at assembly by pupils from Junior 5 who dramatised a Hallowe'en story. This morning all joined in the fun showing off great costumes.
Pupils from St. Joseph's enjoyed a variety of wonderful, spectacular and breathtaking performances last week as part of Baboró the International Festival for Children. St. Joseph's have been participating in Baboró for many years. The organisers and staff are always very organised, friendly and conscientious. We are looking forward to next years event already. This week circus students changed location from the school hall, to Shantalla Community Centre. They had lots of fun working in pairs and groups. Please check out their circus antics here
St Joseph’s is a special school under the patronage of the voluntary organisation Ability West. Education in all aspects of the primary school curriculum is provided for pupils between the ages 4- 18 who have moderate general learning disabilities. Programmes are designed to meet individual needs so as to enable pupils to reach their full potential.
