The Animal Roadshow comes to St Joseph’s

Last summer, Jane, Sarah, Laura, Louise, Orla and Iain took part in the Streets of Galway 8K to raise funds for our school.
Thanks to their efforts and the generosity of everyone who supported them, we were delighted to welcome  The Animal Roadshow⁠ to St. Joseph’s this week.
Brendan introduced our pupils to some very special visitors, including Fizz the turtle, Mike the lizard and Mistypants the snake. Pupils were fascinated as they learned about each animal and their unique characteristics. They had the opportunity to gently touch and hold some of the animals, creating a memorable hands-on learning experience.
The curiosity and respect shown by each pupil was wonderful to see.
A huge thank you to everyone who supported our fundraising efforts and helped make this fantastic experience possible for our pupils. We would also like to thank Brendan and the team from The Animal Roadshow for such an engaging and educational visit.
