Welcome to the School Leavers class. A big hello to Eoin, Danny, Sophie, Mary, Rebecca, Teresa, Ava and Saoirse. We hope you all had a lovely summer and we can't wait to see you on Thursday!

We mixed food colouring with water and froze it to make ice cube paints. We painted beautiful landscapes in the style of watercolor. 

We made cat and doggy Christmas bandanas for our mini enterprise. This invlved measuring and marking the patterning, cutting it out, ironing the seams and gluing or sewing them together. We were reasing money for our community outings. 

We also made reusable Christmas crowns to be sold at the fundraiser for the new swingset.

Autumn Wreath

We collected autumn foliage and made a fabulous autumn wreath for our door. We tied our leaves into bunches and put them into an oasis ring. 

Cookery - Berry smoothies

We made berry smoothies this month. We foraged for blackberries and added strawberries,, blueberries, and raspberries from the shop. Honey, natural yoghurt and banana finished off our smoothies nicely.
